Mainframe Computers are mainly used for large oraganization for applications. Theu have abilites no so much defined by thier single task computational speed. It's also known as the "Big Iron"/ They are used mainly by government institutions, and large companies for missons. Several manufacturers produced them from late 1950's through the 1970's.
Pc is an computer whose orirginal sales, size, and capabilities make it useful for everyone themself. Now and days can be laptop computers, desktops, and/or tablet computer.
